Freshwater…Do We Have Enough?

Sixty to seventy percent of all living organisms is water. It also covers about two thirds of the surface of the earth but freshwater is much lesser in amount. A very high percentage of the freshwater found on earth take the form of icecaps and glaciers.
Freshwater has a water salinity of less than .5 and are mostly found in lakes, ponds, rivers, underground water sources. It is very important to agriculture.
